Vendor Policies and registration

OUR VENDOR'S ROOM IS SOLD OUT. You may fill out our application form to get on the waiting list.

Chessiecon has a large Vendor area in the atrium of the hotel which will be open for business Friday, Saturday, and Sunday of the convention. Exact hours to be announced closer to the convention.

Each table includes one convention membership. The cost is $120 per 6' .

Vendors are limited to 4 tables without special permission.

The hotel may charge vendors a $15 fee for each electrical outlet. Please let us know if you require electricity for your space.

It is each vendor's responsibility to collect state sales tax (currently 6% for all purchases). We are required by law to provide a list of vendors to the state for purposes of collecting state sales tax.

Chessiecon reserves the right to reject a vendor application for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriateness or duplication of merchandise, or space limitations.
